That’s what I love about this session. For 90 minutes, you get access to my brain, however you want to use it. That might be a strategy session to figure out your next move. It might be a live design session where you pull up your Canva and I give you real feedback in real time. Wherever you’re stuck, we work on it together.

It depends on what you need. If you’re stuck on a design decision, packaging, socials, a Canva layout that isn’t working, we can spend the session working through it together in real time. If you need to zoom out and get strategic clarity instead, we’ll do that.

What this session isn’t is a full design build. I’m not creating brand assets for you here, I’m giving you direction and feedback on what you already have. If you’re ready for a complete visual identity built from scratch, Brand in a Week or The Brand Boutique is where you want to be.

To secure your session, full payment is required upfront along with your completed pre-session clarity form. Your session will then be booked for the next available date. Within 48 hours of your 90-minute clarity session, you will receive your written action plan and any accompanying audit notes. Simple, straightforward, and completely focused on you.

Yes. You will receive a full recording of your session so you can revisit the conversation as many times as you need. Combined with your written action plan, you will have everything you need to move forward with confidence.

Absolutely! Sessions are available both in person on the Sunshine Coast and online via video call. Wherever you are most comfortable showing up, we can make it work.

Not a problem at all. The majority of my sessions are held online and I work with founders all over Australia. As long as you have a decent internet connection and 90 minutes of uninterrupted time, we are good to go.

I bring over ten years of experience across sales, marketing, and design to every session. That combination means I am not just looking at how your brand looks. I am looking at how it performs, how it positions you, and whether it is actually doing the job it needs to do.

I have a natural ability to see things that others miss. Patterns, gaps, opportunities hiding in plain sight. And I genuinely care about the outcome. I am not here to give you a generic report. I am here to give you the kind of honest, invested feedback that actually moves the needle. When you win, I win. That is just how I work.

Once payment has been made, this service is non-refundable. That said, life happens and I am not heartless. If something comes up, you are welcome to reschedule your session once within 60 days of your original purchase date. If you are dealing with something particularly difficult or sensitive, please just reach out and we will work something out together.
